The Professional line of shears is composed of Japanese Aichi 440C forged steel blades and feature hollow-ground convex blades. They are assembled using a ball bearing pivot screw for precise tension control. The offset handle design with tang reduces hand stress and fatigue. This shear is very lightweight with a narrow profile to fit smaller hands comfortably. They are an excellent entry level shear for both students and new professionals that deliver high quality at an affordable cost.
